I've looked at lots of article and videos to try and figure out the best way to grow my hair out. I figure out excise, hair hydration and much more. I'll try to make this information interesting and short so you don't get bored. So here's 6 easy tips:

1. Hair Hydration:
Keep your hair hydrated with leave in conditioner and deep conditioning. Don't wash you hair everyday because your natural hair oils help your hair to grow and also keeps you hair hydrated. Absolutely no shampoo for at least 2 months or a hydrating conditioner after you shampoo.

2. Hot Tools:
Avoid using hot tools like flat irons and curls. If you must use them use them once or twice a week.

3. Dye:
Don't dye your hair because it leaves hair dry and unhealthy. Try staying out in the sun (Use sunscreen if you don't want sunburn)to lighten your hair or using a DIY Honey treatment.

4. Eat Healthy:
What you put in your body matters and effects your hairs health. If you eat healthier your hair will be healthier. Eat foods with Biotin, Vitamin A and Vitamin B.

5. Air Dry:
Air dry you hair because blow dryers are harsh to soaking wet hair. An alternative is to simply wait ten minute's after you wash your hair so there is less breaking of your hair and then only use cool air. Cool air seals fly aways and is healthier to your hair.

6.Stain Pillow Case:
Sleep on satin to keep hair from breaking off. If you cant afford one tuck in the ends of your hair and your hair is sure to grow.

7. Wear updos more:
Wear your hair up to keep your hair from creating friction against your clothes. Friction tears you hair off.

I use all of these tips and I see the results because the results are obvious.
